@imellagonzales: if you want a tech job that doesn’t have you sitting at your desk coding all day consider product management! a lot of what product managers do involves: -guiding a product from conception to launch -defining the product vision and strategy -bringing together cross-functional teams -drive business growth this means day to day involves: -market research -talking to customers -prototyping -writing documents -and lotsss of meetings i was a big tech PM intern after not being super in love with software engineering the previous summer so I decided to give it a chance and I loved it!! as much as I love coding, I didn’t want that to be my whole job product management taught me how to do whatever it takes to get stuff done, prioritization, working with different people, stakeholder management, and making decisions without all the information I needed follow for part 2 of cs jobs that aren’t just software engineering :) #computerscience #softwareengineer #productmanagement
