Thanks for the inspo @hubbybap Ingredients 1 nori sheet 1 rice paper wrapper Salt, to taste Sesame seeds Method Sprinkle the nori sheet with salt and sesame seeds. Dip the rice paper wrapper in water for a few seconds, then place it directly on top of the nori sheet, pressing gently so it sticks. Using scissors or a sharp knife, cut into a circle if needed, then cut into quarters. Place each quarter into a small microwave-safe bowl to create a scoop shape. Microwave for 2 minutes, or until crisp. Serve with sashimi, your favourite dip, or enjoy on their own as a crispy snack.
