KissTour | Women-led Tours :
Quick recap for everyone landing in Vietnam soon, because the comments are full of the same worries:
The short version: nothing has changed at the gates. We walked guests through SGN (Ho Chi Minh City), HAN (Hanoi), DAD (Da Nang) and PQC (Phu Quoc) this week — no health forms, no extra steps, same arrival as always.
What actually happened: a new decree took effect July 1 and social media read it as "everyone must declare their health." The Ministry of Health has now publicly corrected this - the decree only gives them the power to require declarations during a future outbreak. No outbreak today means no form today. When that ever changes, it will come with an official announcement, and we'll post it here the same day.
The pre-arrival declaration is separate - it's in a trial run at Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), Noi Bai (Hanoi), Da Nang, Cam Ranh (Nha Trang) and Phu Quoc airports. Not strictly checked yet, so no panic if you skipped it. Ten minutes to fill in, worth it for a smoother landing. Complete it FREE at the official portal: prearrival.immigration.gov.vn - within 72 hours before your arrival. That's the ONLY official site; ignore any third-party page charging a fee.
And please - stay away from tokhaiyte.vn. The old Covid site is no longer government property, and typing your passport details into it is exactly how travel scams start. ⚠️Ask us anything below. We're at these airports every day and reply to every comment.
