Yup 💯 I am 38. Just had a full hysterectomy. I left my ovaries, threw me in the most shittiest of the perimenopause it fucking sucks so I feel you slay queen. You’re still absolutely fucking beautiful.

Dude the BLOATING is insane. I’m also perpetually overstimulated, my mood is all over the place, weepy, crazy heavy periods some cycles or nothing for a couple months? Perimenopause can suck it. I’m about to start BHRT (literally tomorrow) and I CAN NOT WAIT to feel like myself again.

This is so real 😅 I had no idea all my symptoms were connected until I started looking into it. What helped me so much was reading Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. It explained how hormones and digestion are linked and everything started making sense. 28 lbs down and my symptoms improved so much. Honestly a game changer.

Anyone found a solution for the fatigue cause my menopause specialist is at a loss and my primary Dr keeps telling me it's probably depression even though I told her I'm pretty sure my therapist would have picked up on that 😅
