@alphaclubclinic: ⚠️ If you’ve noticed reduced sensitivity since starting TRT, don’t assume it’s “just part of the process.” In many cases, it’s a sign that something in your protocol needs tweaking. High or low oestrogen, elevated prolactin, or simply not having the right balance can all play a role. That’s why regular blood work is so important—you can’t optimise what you don’t measure. Anecdotally, a lot of guys also report fewer issues when they include HCG in their protocol, although everyone’s response is different. Stop guessing. Get your bloods checked, dial your protocol in, and optimise based on data, not symptoms alone. 💪 Comment TRT if you want help getting your protocol right. #TRT #Testosterone #MensHealth #HormoneOptimization #LowTestosterone

Added hcg and low hmg to my trt and the difference has been noticeable. Bloods come back and I’m 10nmol/L up compared to last bloods on standard trt
