I definitely will be lodging when my income statement is tax ready because I checked and the refund is only about $274 as of today and my statement is not tax ready and my tax withheld is $5,748

**QUESTION please☺️.... I receive fortnightly workers compensation payments. Paid by the insurer, using the iCare system. From what I understand, iCare sets the tax amount which is sent to the ATO. Well.... get this!! I was taxed more than double and was told it was a glitch in the iCare system due to eofy/start of newfy and the hundreds I was short changed will just have to be claimed back in my income tax return😳🤯😤 I'm a single mum who relies on every cent I get paid each fortnight! This didn't just happen to me. Surely this is illegal, surely they need to pay me correctly?
