Nutella Stuffed Cookie Pie 🍪🤎🍫 Crispy on the edges with a gooey Nutella centre ✨ Makes: 9–12 slices Ingredients * 170g unsalted butter, melted * 67g granulated sugar * 110g brown sugar * 1 large egg * 1 large egg yolk * 1½ tsp vanilla extract * 240g plain (all-purpose) flour * ½ tsp baking soda * A pinch of salt * Chocolate chips, as much as you like, plus extra for topping * Nutella, as much as you like Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease or line a 20–22cm round springform pan. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. 3. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, and whisk until fully combined. 4. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt until just combined. Don’t overmix. 5. Fold in as many chocolate chips as you like. 6. Press half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan. Spread Nutella evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. 7. Flatten pieces of the remaining dough and place them over the Nutella. Gently press the edges together to seal. 8. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top. 9. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centre is still slightly soft. 10.
