Today is day 6 of jury deliberations for the Lindsey Clancy trial. The jury has already told the judge twice that they are deadlocked (which means unable to reach a verdict) and today they returned for another attempt to reach a unanimous verdict. So yes — a mistrial is a very real possibility today if they remain unable to agree.
