I had the same problem i filled the bad 🛁 with water not to much just ennough to make him wet and he rolled over the water constantly

Next time when its get this hot. Freeze som favoritesnacks in ice-cubes. Freeze a wet towel and make a coolingmat by put a dry towel on top. Make a cooling vest of a small wet towel(only indoor use, for cats) Close the blinds and don’t let the sunlight in. Put a fan on the floor, so the cat can walk by it if the cat want to. Keep your cat indoors. Give lots of fluids
