@ollypersonalfinance: The government have announced that they will replace the Lifetime ISA with a new first time buyers ISA. This seems very similar to the help to buy ISA of the past! #lifetimeisa #isa #PersonalFinance #ukfinance #financialliteracy
I’ve gone from Help to Buy ISA to Lifetime ISA, and now to First Time Buyer ISA and still many many many years off being able to afford my first home, how many more ISAs will they introduce before I do?! 😂

Reckon you’ll be able to transfer your lifetime ISA to the new one?? Got a sizeable amount but don’t wanna lose the bonus/rush into buying

I already have a lisa, so when it gets scrapped in 2028, will i still be eligible for the 25% bonus up to £1000 for each tax year for example in 2029, 2030 and so on

What if the rates for the new ISA are better and they say 'oh if you already have that old Lifetime ISA for a first home, you're not entitled to the FTB ISA'

I opened a lifetime isa 3 years ago but I withdrew 1K from it for an emergency which obviously ruined it. Can I close it down and open up a new one and still be eligible for government assistance when I buy a property?

SO instead of getting your money tax free after 30 years(lifetime ISA) they offer you a mortgage for 30 years with 5% interest 😂 brillant 😂
