My only concern - the upkeep. I hope it will be well maintained and not left to self-ruin as time goes by. Have seen it happen to many developments across Malaysia so it’s definitely a valid concern.

the monthly payment part kind of reassures me because u can get out if standards deteriorate. As opposed to a one big lump sump payment scheme. E.g. Pay a million for a unit and then a small charge of rm500 a month to lure u in. First few years fantastic service so more people come in…them boom, run way.
