So yes but the opposite. I'm 5'4 and always put everyone at eye level with me, until someone actively points it out, usually from the lense of them being like a whole head taller than me.

A girl will be walking towards me and I’ll be like holy shit she’s tall af and by the time we pass each other we’ll either be the same height or sometimes SHORTER than me. I’m 5’10 but I think my mind thinks I’m like 5’8

I’m only 5’9” but notice all the time when I’m with short people or if I’m in a sea of tall people…..because sometimes I can see well over everyone’s heads and other times I think wow this is what my 5’3” friends must feel all the time 🤣

Yes, expect the opposite version at 5'2. I never feel as short as I am until I see myself in pictures with my friends and get harshly reminded "Damn...I really am that small :/" Cause its not like people dont comment on my height constantly, I know im short, have never felt short though.

All of my friends and family are taller than me so in my head I’m like their height (5’9-6’4’) until I see pictures and remember I’m nowhere close (5’4)

I have the opposite problem in very short and also super tiny...im 30 and 85 pounds (im ok lol iv always been this way) but in my head im built like everyone else and then I see photos and im like..who tf is that child😭 oh its me..... Not a good feeling

Happens all the time to me. I'm 6'4". I think the people around me are relatively close to my height and then I see a reflection or another tall person beside them for scale and the light goes on how much bigger I am.
