@kirstonthebrightside: Replying to @Caroline I thought everyone saw colours when they looked at numbers. 🌈 It turns out I have synesthesia, a neurological condition where numbers, sounds, music, letters, or words can trigger colour experiences. As someone who is deafblind and has Fraser syndrome, I already experience the world differently. But discovering that most people don’t see colours when they look at numbers was a genuine shock.
