Nasa Europe pero di ko ramdam yung work life balance, nasa maling kompanya yata ako. Weekend work, calls and messages during off etc.😌

I’ve never worked or lived in Europe but I worked for four years for a German company here in PH. The PH office adapted the Euro culture of actually enjoying work breaks ☺️I was on a midshift then so our breaks were dinner breaks and a lot of times we would eat out and we would be away for over 2hours, sometimes one of the TLs would be with us and it was totally fine with our bosses. As long as we finished our work. I also always clocked out 11pm sharp (my shift started 2pm), unless I was late (we were also kinda flexi 😌)

+ 5 weeks uninterrupted and fully paid holiday/annual leave! also can work 3 to 4 days a week as long as you get your contracted full time hours.

This is so true. Nka work from home me, work is monday- thurs lng, 5 hrs per day pero pinipilit kang mag leave or i consume yung leave? My past Ph work exp could never 🤣. Then sabihin pa kung ano lng kaya mong tapusin thats how it is.

dito sa europe talagang may work balance 🙏 weekend walang pasok, pag off ng 4pm, exact 4pm talaga alis na agad and no calls or messages on your day off!! very opposite sa previous job ko sa pinas. imagine 2 days lang ang pahinga in a month tapos kung mag request ka ng vacation leave parang alanganin pa 🥹
