Palm Beach sheriff's office (PBSO) Deputy Ronald Mitchell stopped the driver (discussed later in this interaction) after recognizing him from city hall video footage of an individual filing multiple FOIA requests related to excessive policing, (and specifically FOIA requests related to deputy Mitchell), Now you ask what is excessive policing would require multiple FOIA requests between January 1st and april 1st of 2015 deputy Mitchell had written over 1500 tickets, an average officers would be expected to write between 3-7 a week 30-40 would be concidered normal... Deputy mitchell was averaging 125 a week on average 25 a day 😳😳😳 nearly an equal amount of tickets per day then any other officer wrote over 3 months
