Не знаю почему, но в последнее время я безумно помешана на тихой, размеренной жизни. Типа тихих утра, заправленной кровати, открытых окон для свежего воздуха, учёбы под мягкую музыку, ведения дневника, заботы о себе, уборки в комнате, питьевой воды и просто мягкой, спокойной жизни. В этом есть что‑то очень успокаивающее — в тихих рутинах и в том, чтобы учиться наслаждаться простыми моментами. Обожаю видео, где люди читают книги, спокойно готовят, прибираются у себя, гуляют на улице в наушниках, смотрят закаты, ходят в библиотеки, носят уютную одежду, ухаживают за растениями и сидят в мягком естественном свете. Всё это так исцеляет и освежает, что я даже не могу объяснить. И ещё у меня гиперфиксация на минималистичных, уютных комнатах, тёплых нейтральных цветах, спокойных плейлистах, тихих кафе, ночной учёбе, тихих дружбах, маленьких ежедневных привычках и в целом на мягких, успокаивающих лайфстайлах, которые делают всё более медленным, чистым и осмысленным.
