Reinstall windows ❌ first troubleshooting by going to CMD first and type sfc/scan now to fix the problem before reinstalling windows ✅ reinstall windows is last in case if everything else failed. Also pressing F11 to do a recovery for Dell which have it own system recovery partition unless it isn’t there at all.

Lemme guess, someone watched p 0 rn and got a virus then Windows tried to repair the system but failed and now installed of spending 30 minutes to download and mount new Windows from USB stick they brought it to service center

Yeah because windows is always shit and unstable, once i booted my machine normally and suddently i couldnt log in because some RPC or whatever server didnt work it failed and then i had to use auto repair for half an hour just for it to fix. Linux is better
