@alphaclubclinic: Replying to @Anth Rogan People can argue about it all day, but I actually agree with this comment… 👇 TRT has become the new word for “cruise” in a lot of circles. If you’re calling 250–300mg a week TRT, you’re kidding yourself. Could there be the odd exception? Sure. The data suggests it’s a tiny minority of men. For the vast majority, that’s well beyond what is needed to achieve healthy testosterone levels. One of the most searched questions online is “What is the average TRT dose?” The answer for most men is somewhere around 75–150mg per week, adjusted using blood work, symptoms and individual response—not your mate’s protocol. TRT isn’t about seeing how much testosterone you can get away with. It’s about finding the lowest effective dose that gets you feeling and performing at your best while keeping your health markers in check over the long term. Too many guys are running cycle doses and calling it hormone optimisation. 💬 Comment TRT if you want to learn how to dial in a protocol properly instead of just guessing.
Thanks for being there your advice is very gratefully accepted
