Those are special large clear cubes for special drinks. You can buy silicone molds for these but u can’t really get clear ones at home. And yes the size is important. They cool ur drink better with less dilution. They to be clear is just fancy looking

Guys this is for drinks as the ice has no air bubbles in it a) making it aesthetically pleasing and b) melt slower so it doesn’t water down drinks

they're Made clear, its hard to make that at Home. and while IS better than normal ice cause it melts slower and Looks better, Nobody would notice the difference If you asked them blindly.
