lol nah self hosted. 90% as powerful is enough. We don’t need 100% the same. We don’t need fast, we need it to work. You could see dude trying to lie about it. We could build our own layering . 1 90% reasoning like qwen, delegating work to small model like model that can do lightweight with precise instructions. Speed doesn’t matter. Agentic can be cheap in self hosting.

You dont need SOTA base model for 90% of your AI tasks. We need 10-30b local models which can be distilled from frontier models and they can handle orchestration, architecture, tools, while big cloud models can be experts in all other possible domains.
