My mom and dad did “pj run!” Every year, around Christmas, they would put us to bed. And on one special night, we would hear a bell and they would yell “pj run!!!” We would have to get out of bed, jump in the car, and drive around looking at Christmas lights with hot chocolate. WAY past our bedtime. It is a tradition I have continued well into my adult years, and my brother now does it with my nephews 🥰

I try to make library time every week so we get lots of exposure to everything they offer, time out of the house, and reading material without spending money and taking up space at home. Librarians are the best kinds of people too.

My parents blasted the same CD with 4 songs on it on every birthday morning as a wake up call. Best moment ever. I'll be asking my dad for a copy for my daughter's first birthday! And yes, it's gotta be a hard drive. 😄🥰
