Yes you are! Its not the delivery persons job to check to make sure they have everything in the bag, or to go back and get the rest of your things. Thats on the restaurant. Ive never asked the delivery person to go get my missing items when things were missing.

The drivers are not food safety trained which is why the restaurants seal the bags. If they are the upset about it, quit using delivery service unless its owned by the restaurant. Simple

Your mistake was not googling the customer service number. Then get a manager and say if they won’t replace your order you want credit that also includes the fees to reorder not just the food. I order groceries delivered as well as food and a lot of times cold things are warm or melted and visa versa. Make sure your customer card says meet me at the door put please ring bell in your delivery instructions written out!! I always answer say can you please wait a minute sorry I’ll tip well and they usually don’t mind. I try to never lower the tip unless the driver is truly at fault due to gas prices and the wear & tear on the drivers car. Don’t play games with reps ask for a manager 😁
