That's how I found out how important having good credit it. It's a lot of people that seem to have money but they're good credit got them approvals & very low payments.

when I was 25ish I realized my dad was just super good at using his credit. he always was almost maxed but had enough to cover the bills. he could always finance anything but now he's almost 75 and has everything still financed 😭

I helped my grandparents with their reverse mortgage paperwork 5 years ago. The house was purchased in 1972 for $20k in 2021 it was worth $700k and they owed over 400k. Plus the house is in bad shape and will need a ton of work. My uncles think theyre in for a payday!
