@heydrrob: Leg raises are a garbage move that can actually hurt your back. ❌When lowering the legs, the spine hyperextends into a big arch that puts stress on the lumbar spine and increases risk of injury. ✅A better option is to grab a light weight, press it toward the ceiling, and set up in a ninety ninety position. From there, lower one leg just a couple of inches off the ground while keeping abdominal pressure by pushing your ribs down. Tap and return. This keeps the abs under constant tension without forcing the back into a dangerous arch. Alternate sides until you are tired, then hold one side, switch, and repeat. This will crush your abs, save your back, and most importantly help you get better not older!🔥 #Constraining #coreworkout #coreexercises #absworkout #heydrrob

Gyrine64 :
Hip flexors, what you exercise in this video are important but …. if you are interested in strengthening your abs, note their function is spinal flexion. To work the abs, focus on spinal flexion- cables or donkey raises.
