@sunsoulandtarot: Imagine looking at a pot of soil that’s been sitting untouched for years. The dirt is hard, dry, and lifeless. Everything that once grew there is brown, shriveled, and dead. Most people would point at it and say, “Don’t even bother planting a seed. Nothing is going to grow there.” But what if you had the right tools? What if you broke up the hard soil, added nutrients, fertilized it, and slowly brought it back to life? Suddenly, you’ve created an environment where a seed actually has the opportunity to grow and flourish. That’s the best way I can describe OlyLife. I don’t think of it as forcing the body to do something. I think of it as helping create an environment where the body can function at its best—similar to preparing healthy soil before planting a seed. I’ve only been using it for four days, so this is just my personal experience. I wasn’t dealing with chronic pain, but the biggest change I’ve noticed has been in my mood. I feel lighter. I don’t feel overwhelmed. I have more energy throughout the day. As a mom with three little kids—ages 6, 4, and 2—that’s something I notice immediately. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety in the past, and over these last few days I’ve felt calmer and more emotionally steady.
