Personally I did dates everyday, pineapple juice and raspberry tea with my last pregnancy and still tore with a 7lb baby and contractions were very very painful.

Do your research on the primrose oil! There is a new research stating that oral and vaginally taken can increase your chances of hemorrhaging. I took it with my first but will not be taking it this time with my second, I hemorrhaged with my first… just a warning take at your own discretion! 🫶🏻 there are a lottt of different ways to prepare/help your body not tear! ☺️
