Once I saw the listing had been sitting for 3 to 4 weeks, I offered $1,300 and the seller accepted. I've sold this exact set so many times that before I even made the offer, I reused photos from one of my previous listings and had them posted on every platform for $2,995. Yes, $1,300 is a lot of money to spend, but experience gives you confidence. When you know what high end furniture sells for, buying becomes much less of a gamble. The seller had both chairs sitting in the garage, used a few nearly identical photos, and didn't even show that there were two chairs in the listing. Bad listings often create great opportunities.
