I was doing so good and hurt my piriformis and it hasn't been the same since. it's so disheartening and nobody understands.

I’m 30, and am now chronically ill after three pregnancies… used to go to the gym 5x a week strength training, did hot yoga 3x a week, am a literal yoga teacher… and I can’t do more than 8 squats without fainting. It is truly humbling… trying to learn how to move again safely. Does anyone relate at all?? It feels so isolating. I dream of moving again!
