because of this video I looked up HOA law for my state. my HOA has never had an annual meeting since I've been here and I've lived here since the beginning of 2019. there have also been fee increases. all highly illegal. gonna be reporting them to the state

oh heck yes. an accidental dissolution is so rare. this is worth paying several hundred dollars for legal assistance. get together with other neighbors and split the costs to get legal representation / advice
