this is random but for your second fear (fear of perfectionism) the grammar wasn’t correct in the text and the number was 1 instead of 2, which i actually think is a fitting ‘imperfection’! just goes to show sometimes when our fears happen we realise they weren’t that big / scary and (most of the time) no one notices!! not pointing this out maliciously i just thought it was a fun symbolism of the point you were making :)
