@pinkspidercos: a lot of people can’t or don’t want to wear contact lenses (and definitely shouldn’t!!!! take care of your eyeballs!!!) but want to somehow involve the character’s eye colour and i have a few suggestions for things to try!! (i used to screenshot pictures from contact lense websites and edit them directly over my own eyes at 100% opacity. it looked genuinely terrible. i do not recommend this unless you are good at editing.) 🕷️🩷 editing/filters i used to do this years ago before i started wearing lenses. one of the biggest pieces of advice i can give for this is drawing over the lower half of your iris with a lower opacity brush with soft edges then using a smaller brush and darker colour to define the edge a little/add shadows and dimension!! you’ll want to draw a semi circle/half moon shape rather than a full circle because of your eyelids/lashes 🕷️🩷 coloured eyeshadow if you want to incorporate the character’s eye colour, eyeshadow can be a really fun way to do that whether it’s some coloured glitter on the lid or a full fun colour look or a little on the inner corner or lower lash line 🕷️🩷 coloured eyeliner or lashes similar concept to the eyeshadow but can be way more subtle if you want a slightly more natural look - - 🔑 cosplay community cosplay tips for beginners cosplay advice for beginners cosplay makeup tips cosplay makeup advice cosplay makeup tutorial 💠 #yelancosplay #genshinimpactcosplay #genshincosplay #GenshinImpact
