@cheyannerad: I used to think going to the gym everyday was ideal for my body. I wanted a big 🍑 and lots of muscle. But for me, i looked unproportionate and couldn’t control my diet because I was always hungry. I injured my back in the process (because I was uneducated on how to protect it) . Now after almost 6 months of Pilates, resistance training, and focusing on my core to help support my back, I’ve never felt better. Not all body types are the same and I’ve never felt so confident than I do right now🥹
