my hair is wavy if it naturally dries, but if I use a wavy hair routine, it always looks weird. if I brush it it goes poofy. but then sometimes it's just straight?

This is so helpful 🫠 I was never sure if my hair was actually wavy or just messy. What surprised me was how much my hair improved after reading Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green. My skin cleared up too and 25 lbs gone. My favourite one honestly.
