garlic parmesan chicken pasta 🤍🍝✨ This one’s definitely going in the dinner rotation 🤭 Ingredients Chicken • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil • Salt • Pepper • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Paprika • Italian seasoning Sauce + Pasta • 10 oz pasta • 4 tbsp butter • ½ onion, diced • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 2 cups heavy cream • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • ½ tsp garlic powder • Salt & pepper, to taste • Fresh parsley (optional) Directions Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and Italian seasoning. Sear in butter or olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, then set aside. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, reserving ½ cup of the pasta water before draining. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion until softened. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper until smooth. Add a splash of the reserved pasta water if needed. Toss the pasta in the sauce, slice the chicken and place it on top.
