if it's acne it is common for those who workout and/or sweat a lot. caused by either inflamed follicles or clogged pores . make sure you wash immediately after swearing. use washes/cleansers that contain benzoyl peroxide to kill bacteria or salicylic acid to clear pores. a gentle scrub and definitely non-clogging moisturizer afterwards

looks like shaving rash. but if it's not and is from sweating then use Nizoral anti fungal shampoo or cream!

I have the same thing and it’s in my back/ shoulders too. My dermatologist told me to apply azelaic acid twice a day on it. I’m guessing it’s hormonal.

Working out, sweat. I get it too. Best thing I’ve ever found to clear it up is PanOxyl 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. 🤷🏼♂️

It’s just simple folliculitis. Make sure it’s clean at least twice a day ascticnd after cleaning it apply salicylic solution. If your skin becomes irritated apply just once a day.

It’s probably from the gym. Salicylic acid works or just removing sweat off yourself while AT the gym. That’s what works for me at least
