@anyaturner98: Just because the pain is at the knee doesn’t mean the knee is the problem. The body works as a chain, and when one link isn’t doing its job, another often has to compensate. Your hips play a major role in how force is created, controlled, and absorbed with every step, squat, and change of direction. When that system works well, the knee doesn’t have to compensate.
