Probiotics are great! We have this stuff locally. I don’t know if it’s all over the place you have to look, it’s called Fifer. It’s a probiotic cultured drink, sort of like a milkshake. It’s not the greatest tasting stuff in the world, even with the flavor, but works!! I had a lower intestinal flu bad for 2 or 3 days, and someone recommended it. I drank like 4-6 oz, and it was gone in 20 to 30 minutes at the most.
