there's nothing to hide here. i worked at goodwill and worked in almost every department. when i tried looking up the best prices, my bosses told me "just put a 'goodwill' price on it so we can get rid of it fast and make good numbers". they're purely trying to make their District managers happy by slapping the cheapest prices on everything. and since everything in the store is donated, they're guaranteed profit 🤷🏻♂️so in the end, goodwill will get their value back no matter what
