It’s wild to me people don’t realize the real issue here is Pokemon, they have the resources, they are literally the highest grossing media franchise of all time

All of these “that’s not enforceable” comments don’t realize… there’s nothing you can do about it if they refuse to sell. There’s no legal recourse or anything. If they suspect you’re a reseller, they can tell you no and your only option is to accept it

no normal customer is going to be buying a handful of boxes at a time. it would be super easy to tell who's a reseller

my dollar general i work at specifically call scalpers and resellers so they get pokemon and they'll bring us coffee or food... I dont like this game 😭 they can buy as much as they want but regulat customers can only buy 2
