This is what I mean when we talk about posture. Posture is the position where all movement begins and ends. We’re looking at Rowdy’s shoulder and why he’s limited in internal rotation. You can see how it’s all linked. I’d be addressing it from taking the tension out of the quads, tensioning the hamstrings, getting the ribcage stacked correctly to give the head of the humerus space in the glenoid to free up that rotation. Without this I wouldn’t go chasing the symptom. @callankrause
