In addition, he was subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order, an indefinite restraining order against the victim, and a lifetime registration requirement on the Sex Offender Register. Today's sentencing relates to child sexual offences committed by Laskowski, a resident of Southport but without a fixed address, in January when he engaged in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl.
