I just had to get my ovary removed due to torsion. I walked around with it for 3 days before I made a doctors appointment because my periods have honestly hurt worse

my mother in law got upset that my 11 yr old who had her 2nd period ever on vacation didn't properly clean up and dispose of her pad. like went on a whole rant about how we're not training girls like we used to. she's a lesbian feminist. I said "do we confront all the boys and men who piss all over the seats & floor with this energy? no, because it's a running joke, not a disgusting thing. but periods are disgusting. got it 🙄"

A lot of men wait longer to go to the doctor when they’re sick so yes they get sicker. My dad knew he had a history of heart disease in his family so he was proactive about eating well and going to the doctor when he had any signs. My parents got to be together almost to the end. He passed 4 years before my mom and 35 years longer than his dad who smoked

I had a male boss get on me for repeated stretching, crouching, and sitting on a stool (worked at Apple) and I knew it was another big cyst. Had to have my 3rd cystectomy. That was a fun "I told you so" moment when I came back from FMLA.

You also have to take nuance into how these “studies” present their findings. Male birth control has been decided to be “too risky” after men reported the exact same side effects as women to take birth control. I guarantee that the study noticed that men complain more during sickness and concluded that male bodies handle sickness differently. I bet it’s the exact same in a female body, it’s just that women have better emotional regulation skills when they’re sick.

Twenty five years ago I read a book called OutRAGEous Practices that speaks to the medical attack on women. And it’s still happening. Less research. Less knowledge. We get treated based on studies done on men. Ridiculous

Mind you men have extra immune molecules to better manage pain naturally that women lack which PROVES men don’t feel pain anywhere near as much as women and their pain is better treated than women’s pain. Despite this FACT gyno surgeries are all performed in office WITHOUT anesthesia, sedation nor pain meds at all. The only gyno surgery not done in office is hysterectomy and tubals. The claims that gyno surgeries are “quick” and women don’t have nerves down there in direct opposition to proof that not only DO we have nerves there we have double and TRIPLE the nerves men possess in that area. Not to mention these surgeries are extremely invasive and is done on INTERNAL organs!! Can you imagine men being denied anesthesia to biopsy their prostate or remove it? I’m ALL for it. Men need to be treated identically medically as women are.

Women have considerably better immune systems than men do. Based on the science we do have, women are better than men in every way. (Look up wimpy white boy syndrome for instance 🥰.) If women weren't superior, we probably wouldn't survive past age 8 in this garbage patriarchy.
