money should also be used on UK charities e.g air ambulance, guidedogs, women's aid etc. Doing this will help build bridges and repair reputation for muslims in the uk. 10% of donations should go to local charities.

The money is used in investment returns, which is then used to run the mosque. You can't just spend the millions, you need to use it to give you a return so you can meet the running costs.
