Since becoming a mama and diving deeper into herbalism, I feel a stronger connection to the natural world. You begin to pay closer attention to the plants in your immediate environment. You realize how many medicinal plants are growing all around you. Now that we are on the east coast for the month, I’ve run into some herbs that I don’t see so frequently back home in SoCal. So naturally I had to stop and collect some mugwort to make medicine with.
