@offenceregister: Dennis Kiwia Widnes Rapist Sex Offender Dennis Kiwia, the Widnes Rapist, was condemned to prison in 2025 for returning home with a woman after a night out and raping her. On Monday, September 29, Dennis Kiwia was sentenced to four years' imprisonment at Liverpool Crown Court. Following a five-day trial on Friday, August 15, 2025, Dennis Kiwia was found guilty of raping a woman over the age of sixteen. This led to the imposition of the jail sentence. The victim, a 19-year-old girl, was reportedly having a Christmas outing with pals in Widnes on Saturday, December 23, 2023. The group had been drinking at a pub in the town centre, and after the victims' friends left for the evening, she was sitting by herself when the establishment started to close. However, Dennis Kiwia was on the property with her. On the night of the event, CCTV footage showed the 39-year-old calling the victim to join him. Following her compliance, they had a conversation during which Dennis Kiwia used his phone to take "selfie" pictures of her before leaving the place. In the second video, the victim is shown unsteady as she gets up to leave the event, and Dennis Kiwia is seen walking arm in arm with her as they cross the outdoor parking lot toward his car. The victim later told the police that she was unclothed and unsure of how she got to Dennis Kiwia's house on Albert Road near Widnes when she woke up on Christmas Eve morning. She quickly left Dennis Kiwia's house and went back to talk to a parent about her suspicion that she had been raped because she was unable to give her consent for any sexual activity. Dennis Kiwia was quickly arrested by CID detectives and imprisoned after the event was reported to Cheshire Police. During the questioning, he told the investigative authorities that he had spoken to the victim that evening and had drunk alcohol at the same place. He claimed that after the event ended, he helped her into his car and drove her home, but she asked to be taken to his house instead. He later told the authorities that before falling asleep early in the morning, the couple had consensual sex. Despite his numerous offers to accompany her, the victim eventually woke up that day and chose to go home on her own. Despite his claims, Dennis Kiwia was eventually charged. We would maintain his innocence throughout the inquiry. ELIGIBLE FOR RELEASE - 2027 #DennisKiwia #DennisKiwiaWidnes #Widnes #WidnesRapist #sexoffenders
