I genuinely don’t know what people expected. Aside from Monza, Austria is literally the biggest power track on the calendar, with a car that is down on power and supposedly gained 7hp for a 30hp deficit… they were always going to be slow here

What’s funny is that almost every time a team brings upgrades they have a bad weekend,Miami for Ferrari ,Canada for Mercedes(I’m talking about the Russel incident),Canada for McLaren,And also Redbull Miami (I know it was a good result for max but he could have done more)

They aren’t getting slow they just have fundamental issues with the car. It’s good on paper but things like aggressive power delivery is killing their performance. You can go “well use less power” but for Ferrari that isn’t an option since they’re already losing on the main straights.
