I do chicken the same as you and mix with crispy streaky bacon, chives, sweetcorn, mayo, chicken seasoning, pickle juice and mix as a sandwich filler. It’s the best sandwich filler I’ve ever had and I’m not a lover of sandwiches ordinarily
