I truly understand what you are going through with your daughter. My daughter was diagnosed with PCOS, Bioplar, along with other mental issues. My daughter was experiencing episodes in her early teens and I didn’t know what mental health look like. So by the time I realized this was more than just a typical teen behavior. She was 18 when diagnosed. And therapy really helps so also sees a physiatrist.

I have complex ptsd and psychosis its hard and some people just dont understand or get it but that's on them not on me I just think its ignorance i learned a long time ago, you're a great mum to you're lovely kids ❤️
