According to you If both are same things then why both use for transfer? I think there are some other technical differences between Inteqal and registry… you are missing something.

Mein aik 2 baatein mazeed add karta hun. 1. Intiqal ko mutation kaha jata hai. Transfer bhi theek hai. Per mutation sahi lafz hai. 2. Registery jab koi transfer deed tayar hoti hai jese k, sale deed, gift deed, exchange deed, surrender deed, etc jab ye deed regustrar k pas register hoti hai, tamam taxes pay karnay k baad, to Phir is isko registry kehtay hein. Registry ki ziada value hoti hai civil disputes mein. Mazeed lectures ka wait karta rahunga. Bohut acha samjhatay hein. Bohut kuch seekhnay ko milta hai.
