Fellow baker here. A baking recipe or shape can’t be copyrighted. Look it up. A whole cookbook can be copyrighted but not an individual recipe. Especially something so generic. She has 0 case. Don’t be scared.

GIRL. She literally makes videos showing people and telling people how to do shit. Do not let this phase you. I’m a beginner cottage baker and yes I STILL give my recipes and stuff to other bigger cottage bakers. We support one another. I have my own recipes but it’s a mixture of what I’ve learned, what I’ve seen, and my grandma’s recipes.
